When I'm Not servicing schools raising "funds" I am entertaining on bus trips in the Iosco County Area and raising some FUN!
 
I would be happy to discuss the fundraising possibilities for your group to charter a bus and hire me to entertain your members. I am not expensive!
This is a hobby that has turned into a community service based on repetitive requests from previous bus riders. Casino Trips are a popular means of fundraising for adult groups.
Any destination is possible just ask.
 
 
 My Responsibilities and Services
  • Reserve a motor coach and supply the up front deposit
  • Communicate the route and schedule with the motor coach company
  • Secure a date from the casino and make reservation
  • Design and print flyer advertising trip
  • Take phone calls for reservations (Toll free number provided for customers) 
  • Collect payments and players casino number when available
  • Provide the manifest to casino
  • Deal with cancellations and last minute changes
  • Pay the bus company with funds collected
  • Provide personal attention during the entire trip to passengers (Hostess on bus)
  • Provide games and entertainment during the trip
  • Conduct 50/50 drawings on bus for groups benefit
  • Provide prizes and refreshments based on customer count
  • Explain casino procedures to all passengers (New first time casino visitors appreciate this)
  • Arrange for special slot tournaments at casino when possible
  • Make sure all passengers enjoy the experience
  • Reserve special seating on bus per special request per person
  • Arrange for meal stops when requested as part of trip
  • Secure group discounts for all passengers for meals
  • Deal with any emergency situations or illnesses
  • Arrange for hotel rooms on overnight trips
 
Your Responsibilities
 
  • Tell me where you want to go and when
  • Advertise and spread the word you are having a trip
  • Collect your profit the day of the trip
  • Profit based on number of passengers on the bus and cost to rent bus
 
It's not always easy for organizations to fill a whole bus, but if several groups shared the bus everyone would profit.
